Cemetery GNIS Peoria map: 315758N 0971043W Buried here are Joe's great-grandparents, Benjamin Franklin & Lola Zoella/Zuleca (James) Darby along with Lola's father, John Franklin James. We believe that Lola's mother, Jane Elizabeth Garvin and John's parents, Lott & Rachael Caroline (Youngblood) James may also be buried here. Note the empty areas in the curbed James plot. These photos were taken in 1993 and 2001. We will be returning this fall (2005) to update our pictures and to snap the stones we've since found connected to the James and Darby families. |
